Chat-One Message Boards reflect a diverse range of topics and we hope that you will use them to engage in enjoyable and lively discussions. However we would ask that you adhere to the guidelines below and in our Terms and Conditions. Although we are not responsible for the content on the Message Boards, we reserve the right to remove any posting that, in our judgment, does not meet these guidelines. If we decide it's a serious offence or if you have violated our rules before, we may terminate your account and ban you from using any part or subsidiary of reallyuseful.com. Examples of content that violate these guidelines:

• Excess explicit/vulgar/obscene language.
• profane or spiteful remarks
• remarks directed at other message board users
• personal or critical remarks directed at cast or creative members
• remarks that repeat criminal accusations
• Posting or referencing sexually explicit images or other offensive content.
• Racially or ethnically offensive content.
• Depictions of gratuitous violence.
• Material that defames, abuses, or threatens physical harm to others or oneself or otherwise contains illegal content.
• Discussions or incitement of illegal activity, such as how to build a bomb, counterfeit money, etc.
• Individually, identifiable information of a minor (any person under the age of 18), including, without limitation, any of the following: full name, home address, telephone number, picture or the name of their school.
• messages submitted by, or on behalf of, companies or Web sites
• advertisements or promotional material
• phone numbers, postal addresses or URLs

Examples of activities that violate these guidelines:

• Soliciting for the exchange of sexually explicit images, and/or material harmful to minors including but not limited to any photograph, film, video, picture, or computer generated image or picture (actual or simulated).
• Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, or doing anything else to a board member that is unwanted.
• Offering for sale products or services.
• Infringing anyone else's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights.
• Soliciting for advertisers or sponsors
• Posting of sponsorships, ads, and banners.
• Impersonating or representing Really Useful Group staff, or community leaders.
• Linking to content not allowed under these guidelines.
• Solicitation of a member's password.
• Harvesting of screen names.
• Spamming of boards, board members, folders, and search engines.
• Requesting personal or other information from a minor (any person under the age of 18), including, without limitation, any of the following: full name, home address, telephone number, picture, or the name of their school.

Note: Posting to a board using a username that is in violation of these guidelines and/or the reallyuseful.com Terms and Conditions is prohibited.

Bear in mind that these Message Boards are "public" and other users will have access to your posted material and might copy, modify or distribute it. By submitting or posting content here, you are representing that you are the owner of such material or have authorization to distribute it.

Once you post content in these Message Boards, you expressly grant Chat-One.com the complete right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, etc. the content in any form, anywhere.
